I get proof of postage for each item; please get in touch with us with any concerns, as we are always happy to help. Royal Mail website states - Customers should expect delays to items posted just before, during or just after strike action. Delays will vary according to the product or service used.

We only accept payment through PayPal on eBay and cash on collection only. We do not offer returns on job lot auctions, or listing for spares, repairs or for items that clearly state faults or damage to the item in the description and you want to return for the reason stated in the description. Higher priced electrical items will be security marked for our protection. Please note, we charge a small fee for packaging and petrol costs. Weights and sizes are approx.  Some of the jewellery and items we sell could do with a little clean or may have some slight age wear and tear due to the jewellery being 2nd hand, vintage or antique.   We dispatch with Royal Mail 2nd Class unless requested otherwise or stated above. If you buy more than one item, please let us know and we will combine postage. If we over-estimate the cost of postage in error, we will always refund the overpayment and have done so with previous buyers. Buyers who win an auction or accept an offer must pay within the 4-day eBay required period. Failing this, the item will be relisted, and the transaction cancelled. Boxes and display units in photos are not included and for display only unless specified above.
