LP is in Excellent to Excellent+ condition - and that's being harsh. The entire item is in outstanding condition. This was a once loved item. It was also very well looked after. The LP plays wonderfully well and there are very minor playing surface marks on the LP. The LP still has an outstanding gloss to it. 
The cover has very minor storage wear but again, it must be noted, this was very well maintained throughout the years and considering this is from 1989, it is doing exceptionally well - it is in excellent condition, probably excellent+ for its age. There are NO splits, frays, no fades - the spines are excellent. The cover is hard and durable, very solid and wonderfully intact. This also contains its original printed inner lyric sleeve which is Near Mint to N.Mint- to be conservative. This also contains the 4 page lyric sheet which is also in Near Mint to Near Mint- condition. This would make a great pickup for the avid fan or collector. 
Postage: I have a full time job and do eBay casually so please be patient, the item will be posted as soon as I possibly can and I will make this a priority. Prices are determined by Australia Post, not u I cannot take responsibility for postage damage or postage loss, you will have to take that up with Australia post, I will however do all I can to assist if I can should that should happen.
Pickups: So sorry, I do not offer pickup on any items so please don't ask.
Refunds: As I am a Private Seller not a Shop or a Retailer, there are no returns, No Refunds and No Warranty on these items; they are sold as is - unless item is not as described.
I do not refund because you buy a second hand item and expect a new one I do not refund because you do not know how to use or operate this item I do not pay return postage if I accept an item back unless I authorise it
