From my PERSONAL Collection - bought used, and just played on my new Denon turntable.
Yeah - I was big into Quad in the day - had the top of the line JVC receiver, four Advents and two turntables - one just for quad - and a quad tape deck...
I rate/price these LPs on sound mostly - then cover, inserts, LP sleeve, etc. I care about the sound the most.
I've cleaned these LPs with my discwasher and Zerostat - if you need more than that, you have some dirty LPs!
I'll be listing my entire Quad Collection (about 90), as I record them - some fairly rare ones in the mix... Look out occasionally for new listings.
Some very rare ones indeed!
Original 1976 US LP on EPIC RECORDS Ted Nugent "Free-for-All" PEQ-34121
This is a QUADRAPHONIC pressing SQ
VG+, both sides - LOOK GREAT. Jacket in fair condition - see photos. The sound of the LP make up for the shape of the cover! Not sure if in original LP sleeve and it has splits. I will note any issues I heard below:
Side #1: Next to no surface noise - does not sound like a very old LP for sure - could be one of the quietest LPs I have....I wish all my LPs were this quiet.. Side #2: Same as side #1!
Records have been cleaned, sleeved, play tested and protected in an outer sleeve. I pack carefully and ship in a new or used, but in good shape, LP mailer with the LP outside the original sleeve.
The record play through fine - NO SKIPS!
These results are on my equipment. You may or may not hear the same.
Shipped with insurance.
I combine shipping on LPs - $1.00/LP, in addition to the highest shipping quoted within order.
