This is a Black Sabbath Blackest Sabbath double gatefold album, 1989, Phonogram Records LP 838818-1. Both the vinyls and the inner sleeves are in good condition, although the outer cover does have some damage to the top of the spine and one edge - please see the photographs. I have owned it from new and it is from my own personal record collection and it has been played a few times but not recently as I no longer have a vinyl player.
