This is an Electra Records album #7E-1026 (CP) from 1974 by Queen titled Sheer Heart Attack. Songs on the album are "Brighton Rock", "Killer Queen", "Tenement Funster", "Flick Of The Wrist", "Lily Of The Valley", "Now I'm Here", "In The Lap Of The Gods", "Stone Cold Crazy", "Dear Friends", "Misfire", "Bring Back That Leroy Brown", "She Makes Me (stormtrooper in stilettoes)'' and "In The Lap Of The Gods ... revisited". The record has a few light scuffs and that is it. There is a sticker on the A side label as you can see. The cover has wear with light ring wear on front and back covers. There are also dings in the corners and some shelf wear along the bottom. According to discogs the CP designation means first pressing.
