This is Black Sabbath Vol4 vinyl album with gatefold sleeve, NEMS, 1976. The record and outer sleeve are in reasonable condition but do have one or two marks and some wear and the outer cover has come apart across the top where the adhesive has failed - please see last photo. The vinyl is in reasonable condition although it does have some surface marks and scratches.
