Eight records by the great jazz tenor saxophonist Gene Ammons, all on Prestige label. Good starter copies of rare original pressings. Five LPs and three singles (grading is vinyl/cover):
1. Boss Tenor (Prestige PRST 7180 stereo, 1960) F/F  Original stereo pressing w/ black label. Record and cover have considerable wear. Cover has taped seams, spine wear, staining/discoloration on the back. 2. Bad! Bossa Nova (Prestige PRLP 7257, 1962) G/G Original mono pressing w/ yellow label and Bergenfield, NJ address. Good starter copy. Side A has a 1/8x3/16" edge chip that doesn't extend into the grooves and thus does not affect playback. Cover has top seam split, partial bottom seam split and corner wear.  3. Biggest Soul Hits (Prestige PR 7306, 1964) G+/G+ Light marks and a couple of scratches on vinyl surface (plays better than it looks). Cover has age discoloration, writing on front and seam splitting. 4. Boss Soul (Prestige 7445, 1967) VG/G+ Original mono pressing, blue label with trident on right. Surface marks on vinyl. Partial seam split, punch hole in bottom right corner of the cover.  5. The Black Cat! (PRST 10006, 1971) G/G Cover has split seams and some water damage; record has noticeable wear. 6. Ca’ Purange (Pt 1) / Ca’ Purange (Pt 2)  (Prestige 45-229, 1962) G 7. The Party’s Over / I Want To Be Loved  (Prestige 45-319, 1964) G 8  Don't Go To Strangers / Carbow  (Prestige 45-441, 1966) G+
