Released in October 1964 with the Oldies 45rpm series. This is the PICTURE SLEEVE ONLY! I would only grade it at a VG to. VG-. Some tears, staple holes, someone’s initials on one side. It also appears that they has been some seam repair along the sides. (Not by me!) I purchased this a couple years ago in a used record store. Not sure a 45rpm could comfortably fit in this sleeve due to repair and gluing job. Still, overall it presents very nicely and would look pretty cool framed up! It’s definitely 100% original.
