I bought this around 1986. I'm the original and only owner. From what I can tell this is first press.
My best estimation for a grade would be VG or VG+. This record has been well cared for over the years. Outer sleeve was stored in a poly bag most of the time. Inside of gatefold has a few minor defects. See photos. Vinyl itself is very clean. Inner sleeve is in very good shape.
