An astonishing period for The BEATLES, probably the busiest group in music at the time!

Already this was their 4th Album, and hot on the heels of the film 'A Hard Day's Night' film and soundtrack lp.

Around all this, was hit single after hit single - constantly in the pop charts and constantly playing live. Phew!

Now, there's another small attention to take care of;- The USA had finally realised what the fuss was about and the fervour was rising fast there too. No small things!

The boys themselves hadn't thought they could sustain the 'Beatlemania', and yet they had just begun.

It all seemed such a short time for their impact, 7 years on the scene as a recording band. They'd paid their dues of course, famously around Liverpool and Hamburg.

Incredible times that affected music and culture ever since.

Another fulfilling group of recordings and in lovely condition.

Light superficial surface wisps visible from paper sleeve. Very decent play and clear sound

EX LABLES are clean and without tears or writing.

Several spindle lines at the centre, played with care!

The GATEFOLD COVER is VG+ to ++

The usually found wear to spine at top and bottom.
