This is a Capitol Records 45rpm #F-4053 by the Fascinators titled Chapel Bells backed with I Wonder Who from 1958. The record has some light scuffs and light scratches and does not skip. There are some crackles at the very end of the song. I believe that this is the first pressing from 1958 with the Capitol logo on the top and the earlier number.
