This edition mastered by Bernie Grundman. Bernie also mastered the Original ODE in 1971. All-tube mastering from the ORIGINAL MASTER TAPES from Ode/Sony, and the jacket was created to MATCH every detail of the original. Mike Hobson was meticulous in every aspect of this Iconic record, from the mastering, to plating, pressing and jackets.
This record in my top 5 of my whole collection and I sold my MFSL JVC, the new 33.3, and my Simply Vinyl edition. I have never opened my MFSL 45rpm to compare, but this edition sounds fantastic !! MFSL "One-Step".....a dance of deception......should be called the "Side-Step" or "Extra-Step" !
