Love this band. Love Mark Mothersbaugh. This one is called a "cutout." The record companies would take overstock of an album, cut a notch in the cover somewhere (this is top left facing the front-see pics) and send them into the retail pipeline discounted from the original retail price. This one also has the original merch promo insert (see pics). The cover has some minor ring wear and the original custom inner sleeve is in it. That does have some unavoidable slices from the sharp record edges. All records of the period have them to varying extents.
