This has 23 tracks so I thought it would be the first thirty years, but nope, just the first ten!! It is a Columbia Record Club edition, which for those who don't know, is the exact same as the retail version. The shrink (without a price sticker because it is CRC) has come loose at the open edge on the front and started to tear. The cover and records are pristine.
