Let's start w/ the vinyl: I haven't played this in years and do not recall spinning it much when I got it.  After giving it a listen before posting, I will say that even though the letter that accompanies the album says it was mastered at 1/2 speed etc, it does not sound like a Mobile Fidelity release.  
In addition, there is surface noise/crackles through most of both discs.  I found it to be more prevalent at the beginning of each side a few minutes in. No skips however. I'm thinking it's more of a pressing issue as the records are pretty clean. I also took a (blurry) photo of a super small crack on one record I noticed that did not effect play at all.  So want to let it be known, there is surface noise (which I didn't expect!) that is sometimes more noticeable than not.
As photos show, the box does have some taped corner repair and a seam split.

Apparently, some copies came with a cue sheet but this is not included.

And as you can see, there is a hand written track list on the cardboard insert. Side 1 "Intro" is a Budweiser commercial and there are two others on the set.
