This is a rare first pressing of Syd Barrett's debut solo LP, "Barrett," released in 1970 on EMI's Harvest label. The album features some of Barrett's most iconic songs, including "Baby Lemonade" and "Gigolo Aunt," and was produced by David Gilmore and Richard Wright of Pink Floyd. The vinyl is black and in fair condition, while the cardboard sleeve is in good condition.
This album is a must-have for fans of Syd Barrett, Pink Floyd, and 1970s psychedelic music. It's a rare and valuable addition to any vinyl collection, especially as a first pressing. Don't miss your chance to own this piece of music history.
First Pressing laminated flip back sleeve
Is in good condition with creasing down the spine and a 2 inch split on the front opening
Remains of a sticker top right
The record jumps on the first track each side
Quite a few times
The rest play ok on my system with crackle and the odd pop
The vinyl does have some sheen to it but many light scratches and scuffs
Please keep this in mind when bidding
