TITLE:  The Wonderful Wizard Of OZ

ARTIST:  Word for Word Dramatic Reading of the entire Book by Mildred Dunnock and George Rose

LABEL/NUMBER:  Columbia CC-30001 – The Complete Set includes a 263-page reprint of the original 1900 book published by Columbia in 1969, as well as the Dramatic Reading of the Book found on Seven 7-inch 33 1/3 RPM records, each of which is mounted in its own Custom Printed Picture Sleeve and labeled to indicate Chapter Content.

SIZE/SPEED:  7 inches / 33 1/3 RPM X 7.

YEAR:  1969 - Please see my other Auctions for many 45 RPM Children’s records, Extended Play Albums, and Promotional and SEALED Soundtrack, Original Cast, Individual Artist & Christmas recordings on LP.

DISC CONDITION:  The records are pressed on Vinyl and are all VG+ or better. They all look hardly played. They have not been play tested.

SLEEVE / COVER CONDITION:  The 7-inch 33 RPM size Picture Sleeves are VG+ with no Seam Splits or other significant issues. It is noteworthy that a former owner put her name on the front of the Album, as well as the Book and someone has “scribbled” over those names. Meanwhile, the same name was put on each of the record sleeves and has been left intact. Please note the excellent condition of the Box that holds this Set as well as the contents. The only issue I see with the Box is a split upper front corner, by the hinge. The hinge itself is Excellent. Also note that the cardboard “spacer” that came with this Set is still present, as is the plastic carrying handle.

NOTE: Be careful when viewing other similar sets which may be offered and which may be missing one or more of the SEVEN records that should come with this Set.
