Original black "monaural" labels with "Skip Spencer" songwriting credit for Side A track 3. The error was quickly noticed and most first pressing copies correctly show "Skip Spence" instead: see [r=3992774]. RCA Rockaway pressing, identified by "R" stamped in runouts. (All other runout text is etched.) Catalog number "LPM 3766" on sleeve, "LPM 3766" on labels. Issued with RCA company inner sleeve offering a "Complete RCA Victor Catalog 25¢" with RCA's Rockaway address. These have date-codes ["RCA 21-112-1-43F" on this example] but all of the LP titles displayed were already a couple of years old.
