The entire item, the LP and the cover are in smashingly good order. Everything is in Excellent to Excellent+ condition just to be conservative. This was a former DJ owned LP so was played back in the day. There are very little playing surface marks on this and it plays wonderfully well and has a terrific gloss to it. 
The cover is a generic label cover in cardboard sleeve, and the cover is doing wonderfully well; it has very minimal storage wear with a minor tear on one side only. Barring that, there are ZERO holes, splits or fades on the cover; its spines are wonderfully intact and this in great condition 
NOTE: This is only LP 1 of 3; this does not contain the other 2 LPs so hence, priced accordingly. This LP contains mixes from tracks from Tone Loc - Funky Cold Medina (5:30); Kid'n'Play - Rollin' With Kid'n'Play (6:35); Soul II Soul - Keep On Moving (8:30); and; 2 Live Crew and Trouble Funk - The Bomb Has Dropped (7:43). This would make a great pickup for the avid fan, collector, or DJ as this is not that readily available nowadays. This is also a limited edition promotional release. 
Postage: I have a full time job and do eBay casually so please be patient, the item will be posted as soon as I possibly can and I will make this a priority. Prices are determined by Australia Post, not us. 
I cannot take responsibility for postage damage or postage loss, you will have to take that up with Australia post, I will however do all I can to assist if I can should that should happen.
Pickups: So sorry, I do not offer pickup on any items so please don't ask.

I do not refund because you buy a second hand item and expect a new one I do not refund because you do not know how to use or operate this item I do not pay return postage if I accept an item back unless I authorise it
