This is a fantastic Steve Hillage vinyl record, released in 1978 under the title 'Green'. The cover is made of cardboard sleeve, and the record is in very good (VG) condition. The inlay and sleeve, though are in good plus (G+) condition.

Mint (M) Vinyl is Unplayed & Cover is Sealed and Unopened.
Near Mint (NM) Vinyl is Unplayed, The Vinyl hasnt Developed the Grooves in the Tracks yet & Cover has been opened but has no Rips or Tears no damage at all. 
Excellent (EX) Vinyl has been played but has Zero Scratches throughout & Cover has small wear but no Rips or Tears.
Very Good Plus (VG+) Vinyl has been played but has up to a handful of hairline scratches, none feelable & Cover has small wear and light rips but the Spine is Fully Visible clearly seeing the text.
