JEFF BECK "TRUTH

The progressive blues was a style that was branching out in Britain from merely being covered as tributes to the original black bluesmen.
Few delivered a more entertaining version than the young British enthusiasts, with electric guitars and big amps turned to eleven!
1968 saw some pretty significant records coming onto the scene; Free with "Tons Of Sobs", "Led Zeppelin 1", Cream "Wheels Of Fire" and not least JEFF BECK "TRUTH.
This album was probably the blueprint for "Layla" too, as even the cover art hints at.
Raucous, raw, feral heavy blues guitar as Jeff changed to playing a Gipson 'Les Paul' from his normal Fender Telecaster with The Yardbirds.
It's tough and it's loud.
Fabulous!
CONDITION;
The VINYL grades VG++ to EXCELLENT except for 'Greensleeves' which has some marks and would grade lower.
LABLES are respectable and clean of any pen or stickers, very little sign of any wear.
The LAMINATED COVER is VG+, no stickers or writing but some wear evident.
The ad inner is present, though overall is not in top shape, with edges torn.
See pictures.
