Near mint record (NM) and VG+ sleeve with only minimal wear (see pictures 6 and 7 for the most noticeable flaws). The LP is well protected in an audiophile Mo-Fi inner sleeve and ships in a new protective outer poly sleeve with the LP/inner sleeve behind the jacket.
