JOHN’S CHILDREN "A Midsummer Night’s Scene" rare UK EP from 1988 (BAM-CARUSO PABL 059). Great high quality official release of rare tracks from legendary 60s UK Psych band which featured a young MARC BOLAN. Featuring the two tracks written by Bolan (including the title track). One of the best reissue labels of the 80s. Comes with innersleeve with Bam-Caruso catalog. Side One: A Midsummer night’s scene, etc. Side Two: Help, Casbah Candy, Hippy Gumbo. The three tracks on side two have been cut from the only acetates that have survived. The few burps & crackles that can still be heard were impossible to lose without harming the overall sound (as stated on sleeve). Sleeve is Near Mint. Record is EX.
