Buyer will receive item(s) that appears in the pictures..  Condition: Excellent, especially for it's age: copyright 1978.  On any part there are no signs of water or fire damage.

Condition:

Record: Very Good. Wear probably from pulling out  of and putting in sleeve.  Visible scratches, but can't feel scratches.  Probably plays all the way through both sides without skipping,but not tested.  No unwanted deep scratches apparent.  Center labels on both sides have no tears, warping, discoloration, or peeling.  No water or smoke damage.

Cover: Very Good.  Record push-through somewhat noticalbe.  No price tags 3 sides expected to have joined together are all joined except 1/2 inch. Otherwise there are no cuts, tears or holes.  There are significant dents in the binding making the printing on the binding hard to read.  Corners have significant wear and feathering.  No stains marks or discoloration.  No water or smoke damage.

Sleeve: Good plus.  No apparent tears, holes or cuts.  Has a sharp few folds in one corner.  This looks original.  No water or smoke damage.

Record was probably kept in an unfinished basement because the lot from which it came smelled musty. A trained nose may detect it on this one record, but most probably won't notice it..  No sign of mold though.

This record is playable and the sleeve is collectible.
