LOS HERMANOS
One of the greatest Brazilian bands of the 2000s has arrived at NRC! "4", the last studio album by Los Hermanos, will be released on opaque purple vinyl. Produced by Alexandre Kassin, the album features Gabriel Bubu on bass, Fernando Catatau on guitar for "Fez-se O Mar", and maestros like saxophonist Carlos Malta on "Horizonte Distante" and Jota Moraes on vibraphone for "Sapato Novo".
With hits like “Morena” and “O Vento”, "4" alternates between symphonic moments and electrified tracks, blending nylon-string acoustic guitar with distorted guitars. The samba influences open up space for other facets of dialogue with Brazilian Popular Music (MPB), ranging from indie rock to Caribbean music.
