I HAVE BEEN A BIG COLLECTOR OF VINYL FOR MANY YEARS SINCE THE MID 1960's AND RECENTLY HAD A CLEAR OUT OF SOME RECORDS I NO LONGER PLAY OR NEED. All havE been test played and I will try to give as accurate as possible description of condition.

Condition: EX/NEAR MINT, slight minor surface scuff, a couple of minor marks just visible, this Has no affect on play, NO SCRATCHES, this still plays great with no loss of sound quality, it has had very little play and has been in storage for VERY many years. THERE are audible pops on the dead wax runout on b side . The Sleeve  VG+, has slight tear. Please see all pictures.
