Vinyl was play tested through Focal Elegia's and it played as EX (I range EX 83-93) numerically an 89. The VG+ rating is related to what looks like some stress marks on the vinyl (there were only 700, some were warped from the factory according to discogs) and when I saw this I wasn't sure it would play through but there were really no issues with the play less a little bit of surface noise.
The sleeve is scored VG+ as well. Straight on it looks better however there is light ring wear, a light crease within the upper middle that you will probably feel before you'll see and other faint crease running down from the spine. Overall it's a solid 80.
Album will be mailed in a cardboard mailer between cardboard with bubble wrap. If you have any questions please let me know and thanks for looking!
