12" Vinyl LP with picture sleeve and inner sleeve.

Vinyl is in very good condition with no visible scuffs scratches or marks. Picture sleeve has some light knocks on the corners and edges. Plain white inner sleeve is in good condition. Made in USA. Please see photographs.
