Released towards the end of 1968 Tammy Wynette’s “Stand By Your Man” reached 1 million 45 RPM records sold in early 1969 and stayed #1 on the U.S. country charts for 3 weeks. Here is her award for 1 million copies sold for EPIC Records. Stand By Your Man also reached #1 in the United Kingdom in 1975. Please view my other listings to see Tammy Wynette’s UK award. In frame size is approximately 14 1/2” by 18 1/2”, and the awards condition is very good. There is small nick and a couple of small scratches in the frame which can be touched up easily (see pictures for condition). Will ship UPS insulated box.
