DEEP PURPLE, FIREBALL, UK HARVEST LP, REISSUE, HARD ROCK, RITCHIE BLACKMORE, EX Deep Purple – Fireball (12” LP)

Deep Purple are an English rock band formed in London in 1968. They are considered to be among the pioneers of heavy metal and modern hard rock, although their musical style has varied throughout their career. Originally formed as a psychedelic rock and progressive rock band, they shifted to a heavier sound with their 1970 album Deep Purple in Rock. Deep Purple, together with Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath, have been referred to as the "unholy trinity of British hard rock and heavy metal in the early to mid-seventies”.

Side One: Fireball; No No No; Demon’s Eye; Anyone’s Daughter.
Side Two: The Mule; Fools; No One Came.
The album is on Harvest Records, SHVL 793. Matrix side one: SHVL 793A-2U (stamped) PEK (etched). Matrix side two: SHVL 793B-3U (stamped).
Originally released in 1971, this is a mid-1970s reissue. UK pressing. Stereo.

Condition: (as Record Collector's grading system)
Vinyl side 1: excellent (has the odd light superficial mark that does not affect the audio in any way,
plays great with no jumps, sticks or clicks and minimal crackle).
Vinyl side 2: excellent (has the odd light superficial mark that does not affect the audio in any way,
plays great with no jumps, sticks or clicks and minimal crackle).
Cover (textured, gatefold): very good (light corner and edge wear, the odd small edge crease, small tear on centre of opening edge on back).
DOES NOT INCLUDE THE INSERT THAT ORIGINALLY CAME WITH THE RECORD.
I have tried to give my honest opinion as to the condition. I will give a complete refund to the buyer if they are not happy on return of the record.
Any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM:
MINT: I very rarely use the mint grade. Only records that are still sealed or records that even under the strongest of lights are completely unmarked. Also covers that are unmarked/uncreased in any way and still look brand new.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.  _gsrx_vers_1706 (GS 9.9 (1706))
