I skipped through it and there is light crackling and a few quiet pops in places as you would expect, but overall it sounded excellent to my ears, but to be safe I'm saying VG+.
The labels are perfect.
The cover is in excellent condition with very minor scuffing at the corners, a little scuff on a tiny part of the top edge and a very well working rotating disc.
