Up for auction: Smash Song Hits by Rodgers & Hart - Musical Comedy Hits Columbia C-11. Vintage Columbia set contains (4) 10" 78 records.
Condition: Records: Side 5 has scuff about 2" long. Sides 1,2,3,4,6,7,8 have 1 or 2 small, light scratches. Looks like normal play/use to me. Cover: Has shelf wear along edges as shown. Binding side has a small tear about 1/2" long near top as shown in photo. Sleeves: Heavyweight brown paper sleeves do not have any splits. The first one has a number written in upper right hand corner. Other sleeves have no writing.
Overall: Appears to be in Very Good condition considering this was released in 1939/1940 and is about 74 years old.
I do not have a record player to test but performed a visual inspection. Set may be returned within 14 days, buyer pays return shipping. Due to the age of these 78's, I will pack in bubble wrap and ship in a cardboard box that is thicker than a regular LP record mailer box.
