This is the picture disc version of "Rush Through Time", a "best of" compilation imported from Holland (although some sources suggest it was from Germany). The album is not shrink wrapped but has the record itself has never even been removed from the inner sleeve (as something of a Rush enthusiast back in the day I also own the standard vinyl version and so never needed to play this one). There are no rare or unusual tracks on the record, just a selection from their first 5 studio albums (up to, and including, "A Farewell To Kings"), so this is very much for the collectors as there are plenty of better options if you're looking for a musical introduction to Rush.
