Sleeve: very good - has got wear on edges and corners
Record: very good plus - does have some light scratches and light background noise - does need a good clean which should increase the grade
Other: no insert
I base my grading on The Record Collectors guide

I do not have a professional record cleaner, I would always recommend all records are cleaned before use
