Condition Record: VG/VG- to FAIR (clean with slight hairlines, some circular wear marks on B side probably caused by a damaged needle, A side plays VG/VG- with occasional crackles, B side is graded FAIR because of some loud crackles/ disto-pops= clips 4&5)

Condition Cover: VG- (15cm bite/split on left bottom, slight dirt, small part cuted off on top left corner, solid)
