'I Saw The Light' (MGM E3331)...Hank Williams first Lp ....a hard record to find in ANY condition let alone in a 'Good' to 'VG+' state (which is what this one is in) as the pictures I've uploaded show, the labels are clean with the requisite 'Deep Grooves'. The sound of course is dramatic and soulful and anyone who knows Hank Williams knows what I'm talking about. Though this is a 1st 1956 pressing, it was released AFTER Hank Williams passed away. A beautiful copy not to be missed.
Condition of Lp Jacket: VG/Excellent...seam splits to the top, bottom and spine...obviously after almost six decades, age will start to show. Nevertheless, the jacket holds up VERY well and I urge you to take a look at the photos to get a better idea of the condition...truly remarkable for its age.
Condition of Record: Good toVG+....some might think I've been too conservative after listening and grade higher. Certainly a very acceptable and enjoyable copy.
