Description:
Punch describes themselves as a fastcore band, using moments of grindcore violence to pepper their 1000MPH hardcore. Regardless of how you slice and dice the genre, Punch is first and foremost a good band. Comprised of five folks from California, at the forefront is vocalist Meghan O'Neil, who's furious vocals is the centerpiece of the band. O'Neil's perfect approach of exactly the right amount of pissed helps push some of the also-members of Loma Prieta to new and furious heights. Speedy and fist-raisingly badass instrumentation is what really makes this sucker go though, and They Don't Have to Believe has that for days.
Punch is a socially conscious hardcore band from San Francisco, California. They carry a recognizably spastic sound with pulverizing breakdowns, intelligent song structures, and brutal vocals. Their debut EP, "Eyeless" (2008), "Self Titled" LP (2009) and second LP "Push Pull" (2010) were joint releases on record labels 625 Thrashcore and Discos Huelga. Their 2011 EP "Nothing Lasts" was released by a partnership of 625 Thrash, Discos Huelga, and Deathwish Inc. They have toured North and South America, Japan, Australia, and Europe. We are proud to announce the release of "They Don't Have To Believe" from Punch. Recorded by Jack Shirley at Atomic Garden Studios (Deafheaven, Joyce Manor, etc.) "They Don't Have To Believe" is a monster of an album. Fifteen songs that blur the lines of hardcore and grind. All of them personal, political, and uniquely unapologetic. Buzzing with an electricity that is rare to experience in today's world of heavy music. No polish, just pure rage.

General Shipping Information:

For vinyl, I use cardboard record mailers from Uline or Bags Unlimited. Unsealed vinyl is taken out of the jacket before mailing, to avoid split seams.
CDs are mailed in bubble mailers.

For US buyers:
99% of the time I ship within 24 hours of payment.
I offer two shipping choices : First Class / Media Mail and Priority Mail. Choose appropriately when you pay. All orders come with tracking.
If you purchase multiple items, Media Mail is the cheapest way to go, but it's also the slowest. If you live in Washington, Oregon, or California, you should see the package within 1 week. For other regions, it should take about 7-14 days, but can take up to 30 days to arrive.

For Non-US buyers:
I mail International orders every other day.
The USPS offers Airmail only. Delivery time is supposed to be 5-14 business days. The reality is that your package can take up to 6 weeks or longer to arrive.
You are responsible for all customs taxes and duties.
Registered Mail is available for an extra charge, usually about $10-20. Your item can be tracked or traced, but will arrive slower.
The USPS has gotten better with international tracking. Item location is not updated every day, especially between the US port and your customs office. Some areas, especially in South America, do not track the package at all.
