This rare record is in near mint condition, looks almost brand new with its original sheen and luster. The sleeve is close to excellent but it has some very minor ring wear starting show on the front and a few dings along the edges and corners, and there is a stain on the front from where a price tag used to be, upper right corner area.
I will not accept returns for this item, it is too rare and I cannot take the chance that someone will buy it, swap out the vinyl and then ship it back. Sorry, that happened once and I cannot allow it to happen again. So please look at the pics carefully before you purchase it. I have a very very good feedback rating and many people comment that my record grading is very accurate.
