Magical Mystery Tour LP - THE BEATLES (Capitol SMAL 2835)  

Original U.S. PROMOTIONAL stereo LP. Capitol's recipe for success: take a British EP from a panned film, add several 45 tracks, bundle it all together in a fat gatefold cover with thick booklet, & voila - another #1 smash album in the U.S. This SUPER, STILL SEALED copy came from a former Capitol Records employee, who obtained it sometime in the mid-'70s, which is when it dates from, I strongly suspect.
