Mint: Mint is mint - record and sleeve as new with no sign of wear or damage - as new
Excellent: Not quite mint but pretty close to it. Probably played a few times but looked after well with maybe a bit of minor scuffing on sleeve or slight surface marks on vinyl that don't impact upon sound.
Very Good: A very good copy with a little bit more wear and tear than an excellent copy. Maybe a few minor marks which may be audible at times or signs of wear on the sleeve.
