Albums work great, covers may have some scuffing on the plastic and/or corner damage from storage or stickers on them. If something on the cover indicates that a MP3 is included, please note that the expiration date may have passed.

-New Customers-

The items we sell range in condition from shelf pulls to store returns. Some boxes may be damaged and/or missing paperwork.  We test items for full functionality where permissible. Unless otherwise stated, please don't purchase an item expecting 'brand new condition,' and the transaction will be very smooth.  If you have any questions about items in an auction PLEASE ASK - don't assume it is or isn't included.  You can see from our feedback we do not list items that are known bad.

Payment:

We will not cancel transactions for winning bidders under any circumstance. Any bid within 1 day of the auction end time will not be canceled.Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction. 

Unpaid item reminders will be filed on the 5th day of non-payment.

Local pick up is welcomed for all items listed.

We do not accept payment or funds from non-US based accounts.

Add 8% tax for all New York residents.

-Shipping-

All of our packages are shipped either UPS Ground or USPS.  99.9% of all packages are sent within 24 hours of payment.  Shipping is done Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:00pm.  If an item is purchased past 12pm it will be shipped the following business day.  Shipments take approximately 1-5 business days for UPS and 1-3 business days USPS.

WE SHIP TO THE LOWER 48 STATES ONLY. WE WILL NOT SHIP TO PUERTO RICO.

UPS ground does not deliver on weekends or to PO boxes.

Your tracking info. can be found in the item details page after purchase. Ebay will also email you the tracking number once we print the label.

Returns/Exchanges

If you feel the item is not as described please contact us before opening a case with ebay. We may be able to send you parts, do an exchange, or return for full refund.  We do all we can to make sure the buyer is taken care of, and opening a case is a pain for everyone involved.  Simply click 'contact seller,'select 'returns,' and send us a message.
