Record Store Day first release of Brand New's Deja Entendu on two 12" records.
I ended up getting caught up in the rush of waiting in line and creating my stack of records when the store opened but spent way too much on records yesterday, and unfortunately, realized I need to part with a few to make good on upcoming bills. This is actually my first sale on eBay but will do everything in my power to ensure that this will be a smooth transaction. Though I don't sell (until now), I buy records online quite frequently and understand the need for quality shipping and accurate item descriptions.
I will be shipping this record in one of Amazon's "frustration free packaging" boxes (pictured) to ensure that there is no damage or bending of the sleeve.
I have not opened the item and the perforated tear strip at the top remains intact (pictured). There is one small area where the paper bag material is worn through at the top left corner (pictured) and there are some light creases in the paper bag material at the corners, but this was the condition the item was in when I purchased it. This really shouldn't effect much as the actual cardboard sleeve inside is absolutely Mint since the paper bag sleeve is unopened and protecting it. I only put Near Mint for the sleeve condition since the outer paper sleeve is slightly worn and whoever buys this may want to keep the paper sleeve for storage/display purposes (unfortunately I couldn't get the record to fit inside one of my 12.75 x 12.75 polypro/polyester record sleeves, or I would have shipped it inside one of those as well).
I really hope that this goes to good home and to an avid fan/collector. I'm really not trying to "flip" or cash in on how long I waited in line for this record, but as I said, I just checked my finances and really shouldn't have bought this one as the sticker price was a bit steep. It was between parting with this or the Get Behind Me Satan record I purchased, but I'm a sucker for colored discs/sleeve holograms so I ended up parting with this one. Hope this makes a collector happy!

Update: I just went to wrap the album in cling-wrap to keep it protected and package it up so it will be safe until I ship it, and I'm not sure how, but I just looked at it and somehow there is two spots on it now with what looks like oily stains. (photos attached) Perhaps the clip-wrap box from my kitchen was dirty and oil got on the cling-wrap? I am beside myself right now. I thought that it may not be an issue as it's just the paper outer sleeve, but I know how I personally would feel if I ordered this and the seller didn't notify me. I apologize if this is a deal breaker to someone wanting to keep the paper bag sleeve in perfect condition (from what I've seen online, a lot of people tossed the outer paper sleeve as the actual die-cut sleeve looks much better), but as I said, everything inside is mint as the paper bag is protecting it. To those that have already bid on the item, I apologize for the change in the description but am trying to go about this the right way.
