I'm not a longtime vinyl grader so I can only go buy what it was like as a buyer when I used to collect a few years ago. I would say all round everything is in G+ / G...
The disc plays but will have crackle and pops here and there so would turn out even better with a clean... The disc has scratches but not deep enough to affect play, overall it is actually clean looking but will have to be conservative and say G+. The photos will describe the sleeves condition.
Given the rarity of this mono psyche classic, grab a bargain.
