This is a 1st U.S. Stereo Pressing (SD 8214) from 1969 of the Classic and Iconic LP, Dusty in Memphis, by Dusty Springfield. It is in excellent condition and has been play-graded and cleaned (non-professionally: see note below). _______________________________________________________________________________
Vinyl: VG++ to NM   You will hear some surface noise during a few quiet segments, but mostly on the first tracks of each side (noise on these tracks is unfortunately a common occurrence due to handling of the record edges). I have cleaned and played the album. Any surface noise dissipates after those first tracks. No skips, pops or warping. A good run through a VPI cleaner may well produce a NM+ copy.
Sleeve: VG+ or Better There is a small crease in one corner (see photos), and some wear on the spine and edges -- not enough to affect the sleeve's construction or readability. There is no ringwear of note. The front and back covers are in great shape. No seam splits, tears, or markings.
This copy is a great addition for any collection, and certainly great for the Dusty lover! An early, 1st Pressing in such good condition (like this one) is very tough to find. _______________________________________________________________________________
