Condition:

Sleeve: very good plus - some wear on back - small corner fold

Record: Very good plus - does have quite a few light scratches, good thing is ot looks worse then it plays - It plays with very very light background noise

I do not have a professional record cleaner, I would always recommend all records are cleaned before use
