The sleeve is EX it is clean all the edges are sharp and the spine text is sharp and clear, the inner picture sleeve is EX with some light face ripples and a small seam split about 3cm long on the bottom edge, the labels are EX+ and the vinyl is EX+ with some light wispy dust scratches on this 1991 German Geffen album issue GEF 24425 by Nirvana - "Nevermind"
