PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING:
Although I have never had an issue with selling an item on eBay, as my feedback shows, I believe that upfront communication between the buyer and seller can help avoid many potential headaches, which is why I have some very important information outlined below. If you would like further explanation or have a question/concern about any of items outlined below, please don't hesitate to send me a message.
All listings have 100% accurate descriptions and up-to-date high quality and high resolution pictures. I am more than happy to provide additional details and/or pictures upon request previous to purchase.
Please examine each picture thoroughly using the ZOOM function PRIOR to purchase!
It is your responsibility to ask any questions about the listing and it's details PRIOR to purchase!
BUYERS of RECORDS will be messaged after purchase asking the buyer specific questions relating to packing the record(s). Due to the unique manufacturing methods for records, covers, sleeves, box sets, etc, which potentially make the shipping situation slightly different from record to record and the fact that different buyers/collectors have different preferences in how they prefer the record(s) to be packaged for shipment (example: record shipped inside album cover vs. outside album cover), I will message the buyer after payment is made to determine how they specifically would like the record(s) packed. Packing the record(s) specific to the individual buyer's requirement is done to ensure the buyer receives the item exactly as how they expected it.
All items are sold exactly as described and pictured. Although I have never personally experienced any issues in the several hundred records I have sold on eBay, there are rare instances where postal carriers can cause damage to a package during shipping. Ebay's return policy does not cover return requests based on issues related to improper handling by USPS during shipping. Shipping insurance is purchased by me for every package and will be used for any issues related to improper handling by USPS during shipping or lost packages.
Because my item descriptions are 100% accurate, listing pictures are up-to-date, record(s) are shipped in a premium super protective mailer, record(s) are packed specifically to the buyers requirements…any items received by the buyer that are not exactly as described in the listing and pictures will be a result of improper handling during shipment. Shipping insurance is purchased on every shipment to protect us both in this scenario [as well as packages lost in transit] and will be used alleviate any issues relating to the shipping process.
It should also be noted that records are created by taking vinyl pellets, heating them up and the flattening them down into the final product. It is known industry wide and within the record collecting community that the production of records is and always has been throughout history, an slightly imperfect manufacturing process and is in no way comparable to the manufacturing process of CDs. Because of this, every now and then, you will see entire pressings with barely noticeable small imperfections such as random snap, crackle or pop which occurs while the record is playing. These slight imperfections that are encountered from time to time are what differentiates a record from the mass-produced easily duplicated CD and this uniqueness is what appeals to record collectors. If a new record has a random snap, crackle or pop…it is not a manufacture defect and the record sent to you is exactly as described. It is in fact a brand new record.
