This item is an album released in 1981 on Jet Records by Ozzy Osbourne entitled ‘Diary Of A Madman’. Record label and number is Jet Records FZ 37492. This album features Randy Rhodes on guitar. Record itself is in excellent condition and would grade at near mint if it weren’t for a couple of very light hairline scuffs that are hardly noticeable and do not effect play. Record labels show no spindle wear (see photos). Record cover is also in excellent condition and is still in its original shrink wrap. Shrink wrap has a 4 inch by 2 inch song title / hype sticker affixed to the shrink wrap on the front of the cover. Shrink wrap is ripped on the front of the cover near the opening while the shrink wrap is totally intact on the back of the cover (see photos).
