This is Johnny Cash and The Tennessee Two on the original Sun label. Folsom Prison Blues/ Doggone Lonesome.  This has been around my collection a least 2 decades and couldn't tell you where I came by it. It has been stored flat.    Condition is "Fine" I am willing to hazard that this is a 1st release...but can't verify such. Label is pristine, indicating it hasn't ever been in a jukebox or stack played. 
I have put many of my 78's up in frames as they make a great decorative artifact. I never got around to that with this one.
