RARE Swiss first (and only) pressing of the Ashantis` debut album "Please Don`t Go" on Musk Project (1984).
With their disco-soul in a similar vein to Earth, Wind & Fire or late-period Kool & The Gang, Ashantis were a successful outfit on the Swiss club circuit of the early-to-mid eighties. Their only album "Please Don`t Go" is highly sought after in dance music collector circles. This is an original pressing, not a re-issue.

- Near-perfect vinyl on both sides, with impeccable audio reproduction throughout.
- No scuffs, scratches or other visible signs of previous play at all.
- A few of the very lightest hairlines from sleeve removal only.
- Original first-pressing, red Musk Project labels with no spindle wear whatsoever.
- The matrix stamps in the run-off grooves read "08-23138-1A-1 - R.SO." and "08-23138-1B-1 - R.SO.".
- This copy of "Please Don`t Go" is fully certified to be an original Swiss first pressing, released in 1984.
